I was satisfied with the warm and great rooms, complete with a nice view, a balcony, and bathrooms. The location was super; for example, an ancient cave was at a moderate distance from the hotel.- Bars and restaurants were next to the property.

The place was clean and well-appointed with a functional balcony, situated right in the center, making it very enjoyable.

Everything was simply excellent. I stayed in this perfect hotel for 1 day, had real good experience, truly enjoyed its beautiful location near Right in the tourist centre of the old town, and bars.

A nice size and nicely decorated units with balcony, a nice view, as for instance, and the staff were very friendly! The hotel had a perfect and excellent location next to Theodoor Dorrenplein Square. In general the service was very good.

We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back in the future.

Truly enjoyed an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Good service was provided here. The staff was very pleasant and fairly friendly at all levels...

I recently stayed at Hotel Botterweck for a short vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with a car issue. The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and historical sites. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. The room, though small, was well-equipped and the bathroom was excellent. I also appreciated the apartment amenities, like the Senseo coffee machine and small kitchen, making it convenient to have great coffee and snacks. it was a wonderful stay and I look forward to returning.

The hotel was fairly clean. The location in a cozy tourist place was perfect. The property was adjacent to the tourist center of the old town, a short walk from the station, directly opposite one of the Christmas Markets, and many excellent restaurants and historical sites.

Hotel's location is the nicest thing, near the main going- out street,lot of restos and cafes. Near as well by main sight seeing in the city.

Everything other clients shared is definitely right: 1. Bed is very uncomfortable, mattress is too soft, one night sleep= a couple of days of broken back. 2. Hotel is noisy day and night, if some one walks in the next room, you hear every single step clearly. Breakfast in very very poor.3. No wi-fi- or even wired internet. 4.No tea or coffee in the room, coffee machine was broken since ages according to a Belg lady stays longer than a week. 5.Room is really dirty, under bed so much hair and dirt. I never recommend it to a family with kids or couples looking for a nice time. Personal was very friendly and very unhelpful. I told 2 different ladies about the bed issue, mattress was too soft, you can never sleep well, they never did anything about. I emailed the hotel about a calm room at the back side, far from main street, only answer is 20.00€ extra/night. I will definitely never be back to this hotel.

very central & a pleasent place to stay

Ideal and clean place with very pleasant and fairly friendly staff.

The double room had a comfortable bed, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the car-restricted center of town. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms have a nice view with a balcony, allowing you to take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. And the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of Dutch and international options to choose from.

Nothing to mention, everything was just right.
